- The Editor-in-Chief receives all comments and complaints through our contact channels.
- The complaint is reviewed with the managing editor to handle complaints, investigate claims, and resolve them promptly.
- The Editor-in-Chief sends an explanation and information to the person who submitted the complaint.
This policy enables us to respond to issues raised by complainants in a timely and cost-effective manner, and to strengthen researchers' confidence in our publishing process.
The purpose of this policy is to:
- Ensure that complaints are handled fairly and effectively.
- Enable the journal's management to respond to issues raised by complainants in a timely, effective, and prompt manner.
- Strengthen authors' trust in the journal's system.
- Provide quality improvements to the journal's system (where possible), its service, staff, and complaint handling.
