    2. The complaint is reviewed with the managing editor to handle complaints, investigate claims, and resolve them promptly.
    3. The Editor-in-Chief sends an explanation and information to the person who submitted the complaint.

    This policy enables us to respond to issues raised by complainants in a timely and cost-effective manner, and to strengthen researchers' confidence in our publishing process.

    The purpose of this policy is to:
