Ali A. Hadi Al-Araji: was born in Baghdad in 1967, in 1986 he entered the Faculty of Languages - the Department of the Russian Language. In 1990 he received his BA from the Faculty of Languages. In 2003 he graduated from the magistracy in Russia in the city of St. Petersburg (SbPGU), the Faculty of Philology. In 2007 he defended his Ph.D. thesis in Russia in the city of St. Petersburg (SbPGU) at the Faculty of Philology too. He was promoted to assistant professor in 2011. He has published many studies and scientific articles in local and international journals, and participated in the discussion and observation of graduate students.
