الملخص

البحث مكرس لتحليل الخصوصية الوطنية الثقافية للوحدات اللغوية. يتم النظر في هذه المشكلة على ثلاثة مستويات:

1) في المعنى اللغوي الحديث .

2) في معنى المكونات المعجمية الفردية للوحدات اللغوية .

3) في معنى الأنموذج الأولي المتغير للوحدات اللغوية. نؤكد هنا أن الطبيعة التدريجية لإظهار معلومات وطنية محددة مشفرة في معنى التعبيرات اللغوية.

Jasim Talep Mtashar: born in 1987 in Diyala and in 2005 entered the Faculty of Languages of the University of Baghdad, the Department of Russian, and in 2012 graduated from the Faculty of Languages and entered the magistracy for the academic year 2018.
