تقنيات الترجمة في إعادة صياغة دلالة المصطلحات السياسية الروسية

تختلف المصطلحات السياسية عن أي نوع آخر من المصطلحات، ليس فقط من بوجود منظومة المصطلحات السياسية فحسب، وإنما بالمحتوى والبنية والوظائف والمتلقي الذي يستقبلها أيضا. ومع أخذ هذا في الاعتبار ، فمن غير المناسب النظر في الصعوبات الدلالية لترجمة المصطلحات السياسية في اللغة الروسية حصريًا على المستوى الدلالي.
في رأينا ، فان الترجمة ترتبط ارتباطًا وثيقًا بالمستويات المعجمية والنحوية والقواعدية. فإذا قمنا بدمج المستويات الأربعة جميعها ، فيمكن أن نُميز التقنيات الترجمية التالية: الاقتراض المعجمي (النسخ الصوتي - نسخ اللفظ ورسمه بنظام كتابة آخر أو التفريغ الكتابي، أي نقل الملفوظ في اللغة بأقرب لفظ إليه في اللغة أخرى / النقحرة - نسخ الحروف ورسمها بنظام كتابة آخر ، المحاكات) ؛ التعديل ؛ التعميم / التعميم، الحذف / الإضافة، الترجمة الوصفية، الابدال او التحويل [كوميساروف 2013]. إن الافتراض من اللغات الاجنبية يُعد أكثر الطرق شيوعًا لتجديد وإثراء البناء المعجمي .
إن عملية إقتراض أو استعارة الكلمات الأجنبية إلى أي لغة أخرى متلقية مشروط بمجموعة معقدة من العوامل اللغوية وغير اللغوية ، ومستوى تطور الكلام وبنيته ، واكتمال ذخيرة المفردات في اللغة المتلقية [Srebryanskaya ، 2020].
