الملخص

تتميز اللغة القانونية بكونها لغة معقدة ، خاصة في عملية ترجمة المصطلحات القانونية من لغة الى اخرى مختلفتين تمامًا ، ومن نظامين قانونيين غير متطابقين ، كما في حالتنا من الإسبانية إلى العربية.نسلط الضوء في هذا البحث على المشاكل اللغوية و فوق اللغوية في عملية ترجمة المصطلحات القانونية في الوصايا من الاسبانية الى العربية ، وإبراز المشتركات اللفظية لمصطلحات لهذه النصوص وابراز معانيها في المجالات الاخرى من السياق القانوني. نستخرج بعض المصطلحات البارزة في مجال الميراث ,نحللها ونبرز الصعوبة التي تكمن في ترجمتها إلى اللغة العربية مع مراعاة الاختلاف الكبير بين القانون الإسباني والقانون العراقي. البحث عن أنسب الاساليب والتقنيات المستخدمة في الترجمة من اجل النقل المناسب من الاسبانية الى العربية.

Supervisor Reyadh Mahdi Jasim is a Professor of the Spanish language in the Department of Spanish, College of Languages, University of Baghdad (Iraq). In 2006 he received his doctorate in general linguistics from the University of Granada, with a doctoral thesis entitled The Iraqi Proverb: semantic and sociocultural aspects.

Currently, he is a professor and director of the Spanish Department.
